The 16 bar screw compressor is a professional compressed air solution for applications requiring higher pressure than the standard 10 bar. With an 11 kW motor, an air delivery of 1,050 l/min at 16 bar, and a variable speed drive (VSD), this compressor offers a unique combination of high pressure, flexibility and energy efficiency.
The VSD technology continuously adjusts compressor speed to match actual air demand. This not only reduces energy consumption and mechanical wear, but also eliminates high starting current peaks during start-up. As a result, the compressor can be connected to a lower electrical supply capacity compared to fixed-speed screw compressors.
Both the power output and operating pressure are software-adjustable by the end user, making the compressor highly flexible for various applications, including transport, workshops and industrial environments where higher pressure is required.
The compressor can be supplied as a complete installation with an integrated air receiver, refrigerated dryer and high-quality filtration, delivering oil-free compressed air. Although the compressor itself is oil-lubricated, the combination of drying and filtration effectively removes oil from the compressed air.
The system operates on 400V three-phase power. Please note: the integrated refrigerated dryer requires a separate 230V power supply, in addition to the compressor connection. The compact all-in-one design ensures easy installation and fast commissioning.
