The system is configured as a 22 kW screw compressor set with variable speed drive (VSD) technology. Compressor speed continuously adapts to actual air demand, ensuring high energy efficiency, reduced wear and stable pressure control. Thanks to the VSD system, the compressor can be software-limited to a lower power output when required by the available electrical supply. When needed, the unit can easily be restored to full 22 kW operation, without any mechanical modifications—providing maximum flexibility for current and future capacity requirements.

The maximum operating pressure is 10 bar, with an air delivery of 3,000 l/min, measured at this maximum pressure. Unlike many suppliers who specify capacity at lower pressures, CompressorOnline.nl always states the actual air delivery at maximum pressure.

Thanks to the integrated air receiver, refrigerated dryer and high-quality filtration, this system delivers oil-free compressed air suitable for demanding industrial applications. The complete compressor system operates on 400V three-phase power. Please note: the integrated refrigerated dryer requires a separate 230V power supply, in addition to the compressor connection.
