The 15AS 20 bar laser cutting screw compressor is specifically designed for applications requiring very high and stable compressed air pressure. With a maximum pressure of 20 bar, this compressor is part of a rare category within screw compressors. It is ideally suited for laser cutting applications, where compressed air is used as a cutting gas instead of nitrogen.

Thanks to the combination of refrigerated drying and high-quality filtration, the 15AS delivers oil-free compressed air that meets the requirements of modern laser cutting machines. Although the compressor itself is oil-lubricated, oil is effectively removed from the compressed air, ensuring clean air supply without compromising cutting quality or machine components.

The compressor is equipped with a variable speed drive (VSD), allowing compressor speed to continuously adapt to actual air demand. This ensures stable pressure, high energy efficiency and eliminates high starting current peaks during start-up. As a result, the system can be connected to a lower electrical supply capacity compared to fixed-speed compressors.

Both the power output and operating pressure of the 15AS are software-adjustable by the end user, providing maximum flexibility for process-specific requirements. The system operates on 400V three-phase power. Please note: the integrated refrigerated dryer requires a separate 230V power supply, in addition to the compressor connection.
